30 Day Non-Defective Return Policy:
TEK Time Systems offers our customers the best equipment available, at prices that make our products the best value found anywhere! Our professional staff and service center is available to review your requirements before you order. In the event that your needs change, or you did not understand the features of the equipment you purchased, we will make every effort to satisfy your requirements. Prior to returning any non-defective purchased item, you are requested to contact our Customer Service Center with details of your request. All returned items purchased within thirty (30) days may be eligible for refund, less 20% of the original purchase price, plus applicable shipping charges. Your refund may be reduced if the item does not include all original contents, shipping and packaging materials or is not returned in condition for resale. Return Authorization: Any equipment received without our Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number indicated on the shipping label will not be accepted. Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return or refund. Please do not order these items if you are unfamiliar with their installation or application: • Electronic peripherals, cables • Custom system configuration • Special or custom ordered equipment or supplies • Repair parts, keys and manuals • Software that is registered, licensed or opened Authorized Refunds: Refunds are processed when items are returned with authorized RMA number and after inspection. Please allow up to 30 days for refund. Chargebacks: Please do not chargeback purchases from TEK Time Systems, Inc. It is always best to consult us first with any issue. You will find that we always try to work things out. NOTE: Any unauthorized chargeback will be subject to a $50 fee. |
