On January 1st, 2000 Hunter Equipment Company of Los Angeles (est.1962), H & K Distributors of San Bernardino (est.1965) and Quality Time Clock Systems of Pasadena/Arcadia (est.1982) merged to form TEK Time Systems, Inc.
